In the know....before booking your appointment

Please note that all rooms provide the same services!  Unless you have a preferred room/provider, please check all rooms for availability when looking at the calendar. 

All appointments must be booked through the online calendar. 

Discount Cards/Punch Cards

Due to a change in ownership any discount or punch cards that were purchased prior to July 20,2023 can not be honored. 

For any cancellations or reschedules, either email: admin@hcitherapy.com or call/text (279) 444-7868. No online cancellations!

Deposit Required

We do require a deposit of $100 at the time of booking. In the event of a no-show appointment, the deposit is forfeited.

To be added to our wait-list, please text (279) 444-7868. Indicate that you wish to be wait-listed and include the following information in your text:

• Your name,
• Preferred room/provider, if applicable, and 
• What day(s) of the week and times work best for you. For example, M-W after 5 pm and Th-F before 1 pm. 

When we have a cancellation that meets your needs, we will call you in the order that you fall on our wait-list. If we are unable to reach you in a timely fashion to fill the slot, we will go to the next person on our list. However, you will be first in line again, once we have another opening that meets your needs.

At HCI, we know that life happens and we are understanding of the fact that we are all human. In turn, we ask that clients respect the time of our staff and our ability to schedule fellow clients - many of whom use our services for pain management - that are waiting for an opening. Therefore, if you NO CALL/NO SHOW 3 TIMES, YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO USE OUR SERVICES.

We can host special group events, if we are able to accommodate your desired time and number of participants. Please call (279) 444-7868 to inquire.
